We are looking for a "Project Manager" for a leading company in the field which is provided architecture and construction services in many areas such as industrial buildings, administrative buildings, villas and private houses, historic buildings and service buildings, Bank buildings, social facilities and shopping centers since 1993 in Istanbul.

The company has a consciousness and a company culture to be performed of the job in accordance on time and on budget and maximize the customer satisfaction.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall direction, completion, and budget of each assigned project including but not limited to remodel, refresh and rollout scopes.

Job Description:

Manage multiple projects and the development of each from beginning to end,
Manage every aspect of the development process including consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, budgets, internal departments and landlord interaction,
Manage each phase of the project including entitlement permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, turnover, and project close out,
Plan and schedule project timelines,
Familiar with contract administration and change order review,
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions,
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to complete detailed reports with accuracy are required,
Cost estimating,
Quality control and assurance,
Budget development, forecasting and management,
Proficient in facilities or new construction,
Manage contractors and subcontractors as appropriate.

Position Requirements:

Expected to have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering,
Having 15+ years of experience in domestic and international projects as a Project Manager,
Must be able to work from a remote location,
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with QPM employees and customers.
