We are looking for a "Project and Investment Manager" for a industrial production company which was established under Hayat Holding in 1969 to produce in the forestry and wood products sector, is rapidly moving towards its goal of increasing its 25-50 percent share in the Turkish market according to the product groups and becoming a regional leader.

The company will become a leading producer of the region with the 6 new factories it will be opening in the next five years in Turkey and abroad with 700 million USD in investments.

The company which has a particle board and MDF factory in Kastamonu, an MDF factory in Adana, and an MDF and particle board factory in Gebze and particle board factories in Balıkesir and Samsun for a total of 6 factories in Turkey, also has a particle board factory in Bulgaria, a doorskin factory in Romania and a Kraft paper factory in Bosnia Herzegovina, for a total of 3 facilities abroad.

Job Description:

To take part in the organizations and implementations of investment and improvement-development projects,
To meet with the supplier companies,receive tenders, to compare the tenders and report them to ensure that new investment and development projects become operational improvement,
To organize the installation of equipment which used machinery, equipment and systems,
To reach the targeted budget at the beginning of the project,
To check the process all project implementation activities within the plans from the project stage to the operational passing asams,
To make the research and to report about the requirements for to be eligible for government grants within the scope of new investments,
To prepare the progress payments and report them,
To maintain the relations with the people from abroad and to attend the meetings,
To make joint efforts with the division automation and electrical construction, the stages of project implementation,
To follow the schedule,
To take part in the all factories of the company,
To know the policies of company.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in engineering faculites,
Fluent in English,
Construction site experience,
Experience in Steam and hot oil lines,
Good knowlange in Autocad and MS Office Programs,
Have no restriction to travel,
Completed military service for male candidates.
